Tournament Games is a multiplayer tournament platform that lets you compete in skill based player vs. player online games with other people around the world for fun and prizes tickets. To play in our premium prize tickets competitions you can purchase digital currency called Game Tokens by using a credit card or PayPal account. Once you win a competition you can request that your prize tickets be sent to you in the My Account section. Once you received your prize tickets you can use them to if eligible to redeem any gifts at anytime.

Who is eligible to compete in Tournament Games competitions? You must be 18 years to compete in Tournament Games free competitions and Prize Tickets competitions. Prize Ticket Competitions are available in 38 U.S. states. Prize Tickets gameplay is currently not available in the following US states: AZ, AK, CT, DE, FL, IL, LA, MD, MT, SC, SD, TN. In order to play for prizes tickets, your device location settings must be enabled to ensure eligibility or you must notify us if you are not sure. To ensure strict adherence to certain states requirements player in above states will not be allowed to use their prize tickets.

Games of skill have long offered participants a chance to compete based on one’s ability. Prize tickets competitions have a well-established legal, social, and commercial precedent that spans everything from classic board games to major sports tournaments. We designed each game to ensure that competitions are based on skill and no player can win due to luck by implementing a system that measures each aspect of gameplay to measure their skill and speed displayed while playing the game.

When you open a Tournament Games game for the first time, after entering into a tournament you will get an offer the claim your score once you choose this option you will begin the registration process.

You can purchase Game Tokens in your My Account section by selecting the amount of Tokens you want to purchase from the menu and clicking buy. This will take you to the purchase screen and there you can select any method of payment you would like to use.

If you have accumulated a Prize Ticket balance but are out of Game Tokens you purchased, you don't have to do anything to continue playing in prize tickets tournaments. The entry of a tournament will automatically be deducted from your winning Prize Ticket balance once your purchased Game Tokens are depleted.

As a new user you can enter into a free tournament and win a free prize. You must have the highest score when the tournament ends to win that free prize. Free prizes will be shipped to your address listed in your account profile page if they are tangible prizes, emailed to you in the case of a redeemable promotion code, or awarded as Promo Tokens to your account. Please make sure the information in your account is correct we are not liable for lost or stolen prizes due to issues during shipping.

If you redeem your prize tickets for a physical prize, those prizes are mailed over standard mail through the USPS. Shipping and Handling is factored into the amount required for redemption of each item. We only offer standard delivery at this time and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen gifts. Cash redemptions are paid via PayPal. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. TG reserves the right to limit or restrict any and all Redemption Requests in the event that there is any type of violation of the Tournament Games current terms and conditions.

Redemption for cash is available where permitted by law. If you have enough tickets to be eligible for redemption, the Select button will be active and highlighted and you can click it to select that item. If the Get Game Tokens button is displayed, that means that you do not have enough Prize Tickets to select that item yet, but you can get more Prize Tickets by winning more tournaments. If cash redemption is available in your current country and/or state, that option will be available under the Redeem Tab

WARNING: Incorrect information can result in lost or returned prizes and gifts. Your prize will be sent to the person the account is registered to and mailed to that address. If the name or address is incorrect or incomplete, shipping errors can occur and Tournament Games is not liable for lost or stolen prizes and gifts. Please make sure the information is correct to ensure that you receive your prize.

To qualify you must:

Have year to date total Prize Ticket balance greater than 1000 or won prizes from prize tickets from prize ticket tournaments with a value equivalent to more than $10.00.

Have previously purchased Game Tokens. Your year to date total prize tickets value awarded may not exceed 10 times your year to date Game Token purchases.

Please see prize terms listed above. You can only request prizes and gift you have be awarded or eligible for redemption. You cannot request refunds on purchases. Purchases are considered final unless approved by Tournament Games. Prizes are mailed to your address as listed on your account. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing on all prize requests.

Note: There is a $2.00 charge for any prize request that is under $10 in value. Promotional Tokens cannot be withdrawn, and are forfeit when you make a redemption.

We review gameplay, account histories, redemption eligibility, and player identities to ensure that Tournament Games is fair for all players. Tournament Games prize tournaments are currently available in about 75% of the world, but are not available in all locations. Winners are only awarded prizes after a tournament has completed and closed, and the length of time a tournament is open varies due to tournament type and specific details and enabled features within each tournament. We use sophisticated algorithms to match players based on ability level and skill to ensure that every tournament is fair and keep the competitions fun and enjoyable for all our players.

Select a tournament type (free or prize ticket competitions), and then select the game you would like to play. The prize, entry, and number of players are listed for each tournament on the tournament list which you can view by clicking the View Details button for each listed tournament.

Once you have chosen a tournament to enter simply click play and the game will start automatically.

When you play in any of the Tournament Games tournaments, you are competing against other real people around the world! We use specific algorithms based on ability level, skill, and historical scores to ensure that every tournament is matched fairly.

You can review your game history and detail in the Tournament History tab of your My Account section.

You can view your transaction history in your My Account section.

Tournament Games shows you all the entries in each tournament once you have completed playing. They are also listed on the Tournament Details page for each tournament.

To change your account information, go to your account dashboard and then account settings. Review your first name, last name, email address, and address, and edit your personal information accordingly. When you are done click save to apply the changes.

To change your password, go your account and then change password tab in the My Account section.

Tournament Games takes fraud and cheating very seriously. We have state-of-the-art security protocols and advanced quantitative analytics that make our system strong and secure.

Anyone who is caught cheating, engaging in fraudulent behavior or violating our terms of use will be banned from the system for life. When a user is banned for cheating, they are banned from all the games on the Tournament Games website. If you suspect your opponent of cheating, contact us using the instructions below and we’ll investigate to ensure everything is fair.
